Foundation Repair Little Rock AR is an information website for homeowners in Little Rock, AR, elsewhere in Pulaski County and five nearby cities. No one here works as a contractor or an engineer, and we carry out no foundation work of any kind.
Help with thinking, not a diagnosis. Our pages on warning signs, river-bottom soil, drainage, costs and permits are meant to help you make sense of what you notice. They cannot reveal what is going on beneath your house. That takes someone who comes out and looks, such as a foundation specialist or a licensed professional engineer.
Cost figures. Every cost row is a national range published by This Old House or HomeGuide, two home-cost websites, and is labeled with its source and year. None is a Little Rock or statewide Arkansas figure, and none is our price, quote or bid. The calculator rests on planning assumptions set out on its page, and a real estimate may land well outside its range.
Quiz results. The warning signs quiz offers a suggested next step based on your answers. It is not an inspection and not an engineering opinion.
Rules summaries. Our notes on the Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board's license line for home-improvement work over $2,000, on the City of Little Rock's permit rule for work over $5,000 or needing an inspection, and on permit offices in the nearby cities come from public sources read on October 21, 2026. They are general information, not legal advice, and rules change, so confirm anything important with the office concerned or your own attorney.
No official backing. Public bodies are named for information only. The City of Little Rock, the other cities and counties we mention, the State of Arkansas and its boards and agencies do not endorse, sponsor or work with us.
The contractor's terms are its own. The contractor that receives a request chooses its methods, sets its prices and warranty terms and stands behind its own work. We make no promise about results, timing or cost. Whatever the job, insist on a written contract and find out who will pull any permit.
Images. Photos and drawings on the site illustrate common foundation conditions. None shows a real job, a real house or a real business.
