Foundation Repair Little Rock AR (foundationrepairlittlerockar.com) publishes plain guides for homeowners in Little Rock, AR and Pulaski County, and for nearby cities: northeast of Little Rock in North Little Rock, Sherwood and Cabot, and southwest of it in Bryant and Benton. Below is what our request form collects, the reason for each item, who receives it and when it is erased.
What we ask for. The request form asks for your name, a phone number or email address for getting back to you, where the house is, and a few words about what you have seen, such as a crack in the brick, a door that sticks or a floor that slopes. That is all we need. Please don't type in card or bank numbers, medical details, Social Security numbers or anything else sensitive; we never ask for those and would have no use for them.
Who receives it. A request about a house goes to one independent local foundation contractor and to nobody else. It is not shared with other companies, sold to marketers or added to any list. The contractor uses it to reach you about that house, and after that its own privacy practices govern what it does with your details. A general question sent through our contact form is used only to answer you.
How long it is kept. Each request is held by our hosting provider just long enough to pass it on, and the provider deletes it automatically 90 days after it comes in. No phone number appears anywhere on our pages, so the two web forms are the only way information reaches us.
No sale of data. We do not sell, rent, swap or otherwise trade personal information, ever.
Routine server logs. Like nearly every website, ours may log basic technical details of each visit, for example the address a visit came from and the browser used, to keep the pages running and guard against misuse.
Asking about your details. To find out whether we hold a request from you, or to ask that it be wiped ahead of the 90-day mark, write to us through the contact form. Our pages are written for homeowners, and we don't knowingly collect details from anyone younger than 13.
Updates. If we change how we handle information, we will revise this page and its effective date. Arkansas law applies to this Privacy Policy.
